As all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Please ensure all spelling, dates, photos and customisation details are checked carefully before submitting your order, as personalised items cannot be refunded due to customer errors
