Orders are shipped from Tasmania, Australia. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Custom Orders & Design Approval
Custom orders cannot begin production until all required information, photographs, artwork, logos, or design details have been received.
For personalised and custom-made products, a digital preview may be provided before printing. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, photographs, artwork, and design details before production begins.
Once approval has been given and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Delays
While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, BlankSlate Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. BlankSlate Co is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.
