At BlankSlate Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are custom-made and personalised, the following refund policy applies.

Custom & Personalised Products

Due to the personalised nature of custom-made products, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered for change of mind, incorrect choices, or customer-approved designs.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact BlankSlate Co within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, photographs, artwork, and design details before production begins. BlankSlate Co cannot accept responsibility for errors that were approved by the customer before printing.

Shipping Issues

BlankSlate Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
