Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, photographs, artwork, logos, spelling, dates, and design details for custom orders.

Design Approval

Where a design preview is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production begins. Once approval has been given and production has commenced, changes may not be possible.

Payments

Full payment is required before production begins on all custom-made and personalised products.

Customer-Supplied Content

By supplying photographs, artwork, logos, or other design materials, customers confirm they have permission to use these materials and grant BlankSlate Co permission to use them solely for the purpose of completing their order.

Production & Colour Variations

Colours may vary slightly between digital screens and finished printed products. Minor variations in colour, placement, and appearance are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

BlankSlate Co is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

BlankSlate Co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
